WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days. Purchases made on weekends and on VIC public holidays are processed the following business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER DELIVERED?
We deliver all Cosmetic & Living orders via Australia Post, and once our warehouse begins arranging your order, you will receive a tracking number.
For parcel enquiries you can contact Australia Post directly.
**If your order contains a large number of items, it may be shipped in multiple boxes. Please note that delivery dates may vary for each box depending on the carrier’s processing and transit times.**
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us with your order number and new shipping address as soon as possible.
If your order is already dispatched from our warehouse, it needs to be notified within 5 days.
Please note that this process may cause delay for your delivery and if your order gets sent back to us, re-delivery fee may be charged.

CAN I REQUEST AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
If you would like your parcel to be left at your address without a signature, please write “Authority to Leave” in the order Note section at checkout.
Please note that once the parcel is delivered according to this instruction, we cannot guarantee against loss, theft, or damage.

For food products, we take great care in packaging and shipping. However, due to the nature of shipping and handling by carriers, we cannot guarantee against damage, delay, or loss during transit.

If you could not pick up your parcel from pick up point by deadline.
If you're unable to pick up your package by the deadline at the pickup point and your parcel is returned to our warehouse, you can choose between rescheduling or cancelling, but there will be an $8.8 charge.
